In today's video we are diving into Meta's engineering culture and explaining some of the day to day us engineers do. There's not much information about working at Meta and what it's like other than superficial day-in-the-life videos, so I figured I'd give you guys insight into a piece of our engineering culture that plays a big role in how we do things.
By no means is this process exclusive to Meta. As a matter of fact, I'm sure dozens of other companies do this as well. This isn't anything special. But nonetheless it's an important part of our engineering culture and might be interesting for people to know about.
