This location shares secrets and some room can appear in similar dungeons to this one, for example some collectibles that are appearing in Astropath's Respite appeared here as well. Almost all optional dungeons in this world share rooms in dungeons, so have that in mind. Some collectibles, on the other hand, are tied specifically to a certain dungeon.
You can find the train event in here, where you must kill all enemies and survive the ride under 7 minutes. Otherwise, you die. Be careful, when you finish the ride, if you teleport out of the dungeon you can't reach the end anymore. That would mean you have to reroll to get the rewards if you forget picked them up. There is also a secret amulet during the train ride, just before climbing the ladders.
