Different Views in MS Word 2016 Tutorial in Hindi / Urdu Part 5
There are five different types of views available in word 2016.
1. Print Layout view (Ctrl + Alt + P)
See how the document will look, if printed. it is the default view of word 2016.
2. Read Mode view ( Press Alt + V and then R)
The best way to read a document, including some tools designed for reading instead of writing. Can’t be edit.
3. Web Layout view (Press Alt + V and then W)
See how your document would look as a web page. A single page.
4. Draft view (Ctrl + Alt + N)
Switch your view to see just the text in your document. This is useful for quick editing because header/footer and certain object would not show up, allowing you to focus on your text.
5. Outline view (Ctrl + Alt + O)
In this view content is shown as bulleted points. This view is useful for creating heading and moving whole paragraphs within the documents
