Turkish and Azerbaijani leaders meet in Nakhchivan
The Turkish President has met with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev - just days after Azerbaijani forces carried out an anti-terrorism operation in the Karabakh region. Aliyev says the area is now under complete Azerbaijani control - but assured Armenians that they would be safe if they wanted to stay. Our diplomatic correspondent Andrew Hopkins reports.
