I use this quality cheap audio adapter to beef up my camera audio for example have dual wireless mics and this audio setup pretty much replaces my bigger sony FS100. Highly recommended item especially if you have never been into buying cages for rigging gear to your camera.
If your camera has a headphone jack and you don't need XLR this dslr audio mixer is compact and feature packed!
From my experience with the Saramonic sr-ax100 camera audio adapter is a great way to improve your camera audio for sony a7s or any dslr audio recording because it allows you to have a left and a right channel input. I have ran 2 wireless lapel mics into this camera audio adapter and am so pleased to have great audio again like my bigger production camera.
