Letting your users get the data as CSV is a very common requirement in PowerApps, however there is no easy built-in way to enable this functionality in PowerApps. In this video, you'll learn how to build this functionality with the combination of PowerApps and Flow (Power Automate).
High level steps you'll have to follow are:
* Pass Collection as JSON from Power Apps to Flow (Power Automate)
* Convert passed JSON value to CSV in Power Automate
* Create this CSV file in any data source you want e.g. OneDrive or SharePoint
* OR, enable user to email this file as attachment to themselves or any email they want
Some generic concepts that you'll learn in this video area:
* Connecting from Power Apps to Power Automate (flow)
* Passing 2 inputs from Power Apps to Flow
* Avoiding conflicts when multiple users are trying to download data
* How to make sure changed Flows are recognized by Power Apps
* How to make incremental steps in your App and Flow development
