Ingredients:
The peel of 1 organic orange half
200 g plain flour (1 cup + ¼ cup)
70 g of soft butter or quality margarine (¼ cup + 1 tbsp)
40 g of sugar (3 tbsp + 1 tsp)
70 g plain yogurt (¼ cup)
Candied cherries (which I soaked for 1 hour in disaronno)
