The Make It with MBDA Apprentice Video
The Make It campaign aims to attract the brightest and best new talent into manufacturing by changing negative perceptions and showcasing the sector as an exciting and rewarding career option for young people.
This video has been made in partnership with apprentices from MBDA to help highlight the work-based opportunities modern manufacturing can offer. The video introduces real apprentices as they describe their job roles, what drew them to an apprenticeship in the sector and how they see their career's developing in the UK's manufacturing industry.
