Disintegrating Aura | Hammers Over Time | Build Guide
Flat Throwing Damage...but it's not a hit-based build.
Void Knight...but it's not Crit.
Damage Over Time...but can't quite use Abyssal Echoes for single target.
2x Tier 7 Mana Cost Rings and all the -Mana Cost nodes in the tree....
...and it mana still gets in the way.
Patch 0.9 fixed many of the issues and bugs with Disintegrating Aura, and there's just one left now. As of posting this video, "Area of Effect" does not properly scale the Aura. In the future, this should give you another vector of scaling, and hopefully help the single target damage.

There's a real chance that the "best" version of this build uses Enra's Technique to cheat on the mana, and then use Abyssal Echoes to add some single target. You won't have much Flat Spell Damage, but the Vitality Scaling should help to bridge the gap.
I played this build specifically to try to make Spiral + Orbit function, but that mana is a bit of an issue.
