In this field we give a name to an anchor, it is identifier, it is necessary to call in translit. We create the second and third anchors, give them names. Now we will make a such thing - when we click on 1, 2 and 3 anchors there must be a scrolling to the necessary section. We select the necessary text and create a hyperlink to the first anchor. Then repeat these actions. Click Ctrl shift е for viewing in the browser, everything works.
