In today's video, I will be traveling to Granada, Nicaragua! We will be visiting Granada's city center (La Merced, Calle La Calzada, New Cathedral), the Masaya Volcano, Las Isletas, and more.

Roughly 130 kilometers away from Managua, Nicaragua, the city of Granada is the oldest most well-preserved Spanish Colonial city in Latin America. Granada is a Nicaraguan city on the shores of Lake Nicaragua. It’s home to multiple Spanish colonial landmarks that have survived repeated pirate invasions of Granada, originally dating to 1583. The Centro Cultural Convento San Francisco nearby is famed for its displays of pre-Columbian statues.
