What's going on everyone I hope yall are having a great labor day weekend! Today we are back with another DnB tutorial but this time we will be taking a look at how to remix popular songs into DnB bangers! This is something I suggest yall try out on your own time as remixing songs can not only be a ton of fun but also really helps get you outside of "the box" since you need to create an arrangement that both accompanies the original song well, and gives something new and unique to the song you're trying to remix. I had been messing around with a ton of DnB remixes earlier this year but for this video I decided to use my remix of The Weeknd's "Take My Breath" and breakdown everything from how to extract your acapella, creating a new chord progression for the song, and how to best accompany the song to get the most out of this remix! I hope the video is helpful and that it can inspire you to try out something similar the next time you guys are working on some new tracks!
