were gonna configure a hotspot with rate limit and separate streaming packets
logged in as user1 and user2
hotspot user has a max limit of UL 3mB and DL 2M
streaming packets has an allocated bandwidth of 800k each (PCQ)
there's so many method to implement such practice, but for basic or beginners these is the best method to start
and fyi. i think we don't need to separate packets for hotspot users because each hotspot user has an allocated maximum bandwidth limit. therefore other clients may not be affected unless your source of bandwidth or internet is insufficient to accommodate their total of bandwidth usage in a network. the best practice for these is to put a lowest value for rate limit in hotspot profiles upto 300-800k. its lowest possible to achieved but it can still play a video streaming...
