Archery is Just Better in Mordhau - Longbow Gameplay with Tips + Commentary
Today's Mordhau gameplay video features my Longbow class, "Archer" who happens to be my main build, pre-YouTube days. I got hooked on the longbow in Mordhau due to how fluid the experience is. Arrows fly beautifully, they impact with satisfying sound and the death animations are not so cartoonish that it feels like the game is patronizing you into thinking your weapon is stronger than it is.
Unless you can land headshots, you'll be shooting non-archers 3-6 times, depending on their armor and perks. If you do use the Huntsman perk in Mordhau, you'll be able to one-shot other archers so long as they have their bow out and you hit them in the chest and above.
