BISON CHILI 🦬🔥
Gotta love a nice hot bowl of chili this time of the year! This came out freaking AMAZING! Packed with a savory comfort flavor and a little bit of spice. Also safe to say this is a great way to sneak in super nutrient dense food (organs) into your diet! 💪🏻
Now if it doesn't appeal, you can just swap for 1 lb of any ground meat you want!

INGREDIENTS
1 lb @forceofnaturemeats Ancestral Blended Bison
1 cup Diced Bell Peppers
1 cup Diced Onion
1 can (15.5 oz) Organic Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1 can (15.5 oz) Organic Bean Trio Rinsed (Pinto, Kidney Black)
2.5-3 Cups @kettleandfire Beef Bone Broth
Seasoning Blend:
3 tbsp Mexican Chili Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Cheyenne Pepper
Garnishes
Fresh Shredded Cheddar
Avocado
@organicvalley Low Fat Sour Cream
Fresh Chopped Cilantro
DIRECTIONS
1. On medium High Heat add Bison to large skillet or pot and start breaking up and browning.
2. After a few minutes add pepper/onions to began sautéing. Mix in and let cook for 5-10 min. Continue breaking up the bison meat.
3. After meat is broken up to desired size and veggies are translucent, add seasonings and mix. Then add the tomatoes, beans and bone broth. Mix till all is well combined then bring to a quick boil. Then immediately lower heat to a simmer and cover.
4. Let cook for at least 1.5-2 hours.
5. Prepare Garnishes.
6. Fill a bowl up and ENJOY! 🙌🏻
