What's the best Prophet 5 softsynth? Get ready for a geekfeist. Here I look at the top prophet 5 soft synths. Softube Model 80 and U-He Repro-5 are the two main contenders for the Prophet 5 Rev3 plugin crown, while the Arturia Prophet 5V is carrying the flag for the rarer Prophet 5 Rev 2. There are minor differences in the 2 models - the filter and envelope responses are different, but they all sound like Prophets.
