Fishing for largemouth bass at a local pond in North Texas using the baits from the recent Mystery Tackle Box Pro.
An overcast day had my hopes high, but as the sun began to burn through the clouds I was forced to switch strategies. My only two bites came targeting shady cover. Bass were stuck tight to cover and only a shaky head finesse worm and a swim bait-style soft plastic got bit.
