1. Right click on internet connection icon and select “Open Network and sharing center”.
2. Click on “Internet Options”.
3. Click on “Connections” tab.
4. Click on “LAN settings”.
5. Under proxy server, remove the proxy options.
6. Click on “OK” and then on “OK”.
7. Now try to open Windows 10 store and you should be able to do it this time.
