Much like the George Floyd case, it's the video that will be the "star witness" in the trial of three men accused in the killing of Ahmaud Arbery.
Bodycam video shows conversations between Gregory McMichael & his son Travis McMichael with the police immediately following Arbery's shooting death. The videos show they both, literally, still have Arbery's blood on their hands.
25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery was shot to death, his family says, while jogging less than two miles from his home. He was chased down by three men in pickup trucks: Former police officer Gregory McMichael, his son Travis McMichael and their neighbor William Bryan. They say Arbery, who was unarmed, had committed a crime in their neighborhood.
Criminologist Casey Jordan describes what she saw in the video recorded by one of the defendants as "a lynching."
The trial of the McMichaels and William "Rodie" Bryan is scheduled to begin this week, and the HLN television network will carry gavel-to-gavel coverage LIVE, every day court is in session.
