Police are investigating the motive behind an attack in South Sudan's western city of Yambio. Authorities have confirmed that 10 people were killed and dozens injured in a nightclub attack on Friday night. The venue was packed with about 500 people when a hand grenade was detonated. Four people died at the scene, but many victims are critically injured, so the death toll has risen since Friday. Police say the incident is not related to the ongoing civil war. President Salva Kiir and his rival Riek Machar recently signed a peace deal to end the conflict, which has so far killed tens of thousands of people and displaced millions.
