*What is a hard reset?*

A hard reset, also known as a factory reset, is a process that erases all of the data on your phone and restores it to its factory default settings. This means that all of your apps, data, and personal settings will be deleted.

Why would I hard reset my phone?

There are a few reasons why you might want to hard reset your phone. Here are a few of the most common reasons:

● To fix software problems. If your phone is running slow, experiencing app crashes, or just not working the way it used to, a hard reset may be the solution.
● To remove malware. If you think your phone has been infected with malware, a hard reset will erase the malware and restore your phone to a clean state.
● To prepare your phone for sale or trade-in. If you are selling or trading in your phone, you should hard reset it to erase all of your personal data.
