I ended up uninstalling everything including the intel and gigabyte software. I was not using them anyways since I manually overclock my CPU in the BIOS and that did away all of the Gigabyte Utilities. I am not using the Intel SSD caching (SRT) technology so I don't think I need the Intel Software.
