Scotch Yoke vs the Chrono Storm from Red Alert
Y'know, I'm almost leaning towards the car on this one. Sure the storm was devastating but it destroyed itself thrashing at the car. Even before being sufficiently damaged to stop working the car dished out some serious hurt, destroying about 25% of the storm because the storm's extreme noclipping was able to suck Hot particles right out of the engine bay and even a single particle of Hot can be devastating to Elastic. When the storm came around for a second pass there was enough Hot in the engine to be fatal on contact, disintegrating the storm down to about 25% of it's original mass and ejecting it from the arena. The car's tires may be destroyed and the Powder injectors ignited, but a quick flush of the old particles and a hand-crank start later the car could probably drive home. Nothing mission critical was so damaged as to be utterly non-functional.
