Kashmiri Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Heeng-1/4th tsp
Amchur-1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi-1 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Water -1/4 cup
Dough:
Wheat Flour-2 cup
Sooji-3/4th cup
Ajwain-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-1/4th cup
Oil-to deep fry poori
