Big Banks Plan to Sue The Fed Over Stress Test
The Bank Policy Institute, which represents most major US banks, is planning to sue The Federal Reserve over the annual stress tests which is claims are hindering bank lending with excessively onerous capital requirements. The Fed has proposed several changes in recent days to placate the bank but it appears this is not enough.
