In 2014, Robert Chang moved to Prince Edward Island from China to start a business. He only planned to stay for a year but after starting his business he quickly decided to make P.E.I. his permanent home. He took the time to learn the local culture and worked very hard to better his English. After a few years, he realized there was a need in the housing market and bought a piece of land in Stratford. His company, Flourish Development Group is currently working on building high-end townhouses in Stratford to keep up with the growing population in P.E.I.
