Super easy ground beef taco recipe for your next Taco Tuesday! These ground beef tacos are delicious, easy and rather healthy.
INGREDIENTS & DIRECTIONS
0:40 Corn & Black Bean Salsa
· ½ red onion
· 2-3 tomatoes, seeds removed & small dice
· small bunch cilantro, stems removed & finely chopped
· 1 can corn
· 1 can black beans
· 1 lime, halved for juicing
· a few pinches of salt & fresh ground black pepper
Mix corn, black beans, red onions, tomatoes, cilantro, juice from 1 whole lime, salt & pepper together. Set in the fridge until ready to assemble tacos

· Greek yogurt or sour cream
· Juice from ½ lime
· a few teaspoons, olive oil
· pinch of salt
Whisk together Greek yogurt (or sour cream), juice from ½ a lime, salt and olive oil. Whisk until smooth and store in the fridge until ready to assemble tacos

· 4 TBSP Chili powder
· 1 TBSP Ancho chili powder

· 2 TBSP Smoked paprika
· 6 TBSP Cumin
· 1 TBSP Dried Oregano
· 1 TBSP Baking powder
In a seasoning container, mix chili powder, ancho chili powder, Chef Ange Base Seasoning • The ONLY Seasoning Blend Recipe You'l... , smoked paprika, cumin, oregano and baking powder.
4:17 Cook Seasoned Ground Beef
· 2 lbs ground beef
· A few cloves of garlic, finely minced
· ½ cup Strained tomatoes or tomato sauce
Heat a cast iron or heavy pan over medium high heat and add crumbled ground beef. Break up ground beef with a wooden spatula while it’s cooking. Before its done cooking add a sprinkle of taco seasoning. Mix and continue to break up ground beef. When fully cooked, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 min. Add strained tomatoes or tomato sauce, mix and seasoning one more time.
5:21 Assemble Tacos & Toppings
· 1 box Stand & Stuff hard taco shells
· few oz block cheddar cheese, shredded
· 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
· 1 avocado, peel removed & sliced into strips
· 1 jalepeno, sliced (optional)
To assemble the taco, first warm up the shells in a 400F oven for about 2-3 minutes. Stand up shells and add avocado slices to bottom, then seasoned ground beef, the corn and black bean salsa, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, lime crema and a slice of fresh jalapeno(optional).
