Baked Animation - Marvelous Designer to Unreal Engine 4 Pipeline
(Please read the description bellow)

Software Used
Character Creator 3 (Pipeline)
IClone 7
3D Exchange Pro
Marvelous Designer
Unreal Engine

ATTENTION: Notice Step 3 bellow (This will save you step 24 and other irregularities)
I should also mention that I used the "Tack on Avatar" tool in MD to avoid the garment from moving around too much.

00:00 - Intro
1 - Start In CC3 with no Garment (Default pose) 1:48
2 - Send to IClone (In first frame go to "Edit Motion Layer" click "Default") 2:26
3 - * Create Animation (1st frame with default T or A pose blending to Anim. start) 3:10
{In the video I start the animation in frame 20, please start at frame 21 as frame 21 corresponds to frame 10 in Marvelous Designer. This is because MD starts at frame 0 and IClone at frame 1}
4 - Save Collect Clip "Add MotionPlus to Library" 5:10
5 - Click Edit in CC3 (Save Avatar) 5:50
6 - Export with animation (UE4 Template) 6:30
7 - Import in Marvelous Designer 7:26
8 - * Simulate/Create animation [Tack on Avatar]
9:18
9 - Export "1st frame as OBJ" and Animation as "OBJ Sequence" 10:57
10 - Import 1st Frame in IClone (Add/Create material) 12:55
11 - Attach to Character root 16:10
12 - De-select Move/Rotate/Scale inheritance 16:44
13 - Press "Zero Out" in transform 17:02
14 - Select character and go to Morph Creator 17:13
15 - Select Garment 17:50
16 - Import all frames of the OBJ sequence 17:57
17 - Click "Update to IClone" 18:14
18 - * Create Morph Animation (Skip every other frame) 18:43
19 - Save Collect Clip "Add MotionPlus to Library" 23:36
20 - Click Edit in CC3 (Save Avatar) 26:37
21 - Select Character and Export with animation (UE4 Template) 28:17
22 - Import in UE4 (use UE4 import Plugin) 29:30
23 - Go to Skeleton and in re-targeting options set the Garment to Animation 30:32
24 - Offset Garment if necessary (Click Key+ and save animation) 31:41

Adding new Animations
One of the downsides of this pipeline is that to add new animations, you will need to delete all previously imported assets into UE4 as Re-Importing will not bring in the new animations.
Notice step 22 bellow.

1 - Start In CC3 with no Garment (Default pose)
2 - Send to IClone (In first frame go to "Edit Motion Layer" click "Default")
3 - * Create Animation
4 - Save Collect Clip "Add MotionPlus to Library"
5 - Click Edit in CC3 (Save Avatar)
6 - Export with animation (UE4 Template)
7 - Import in Marvelous Designer
8 - * Simulate/Create animation [Tack on Avatar]
9 - Export Animation as "OBJ Sequence"
10 - In CC3 load the previously saved Avatar with Garment
11 - Send to IClone (We need to replace the existing IClone character with no clothes)
12 - Select character and go to Morph Creator
13 - Select Garment
14 - Import all frames of the OBJ sequence
15 - Click "Update to IClone"
16 - Select Garment and delete existing morph animations
17 - * Create Morph Animation (Skip every other frame)
18 - Delete frames created on previous unnecessary frames
19 - Save Collect Clip "Add MotionPlus to Library"
20 - Click Edit in CC3 (Save Avatar)
21 - Select Character and Export with old and new animation (UE4 Template)
22 - In UE4, delete all character previously imported assets
23 - Import in UE4 (use UE4 import Plugin)
24 - Go to Skeleton and in re-targeting options set the Garment to Animation
