Fading multiple items - How to Batch Fade in REAPER 5

We often have the need to add and adjust fades to multiple items either spanning tracks in the same time range, or across tracks with gaps between.
We can add them one at at time, even with shortcuts that can be slow, but there are many better ways.
In this video I take you through several options to solve this problem with minimal steps.

Relative edits with Mouse Modifiers, for item edge and fades;
Setting fade lengths in item properties;
Applying preconfigured fade lengths to selected items with SWS Extension Command Parameters.
