Vegan Cheese which will make all your dairy cravings vanish. With no nuts and no soya, this easy to make vegan cheese is not just super tasty but it can melt and stretch! It is the perfect Mozzarella-like cheese for your grilled cheese sandwich or pizza.

Recipe:
400ml coconut cream
¼ cup or 60 ml warm water
1 ¼ or 7 gr tsp sea salt
3 tbsp or 20 gr nutritional yeast
4 tsp or 8gr agar agar powder
7 tsp or 20gr tapioca flour
¼ cup or 60ml cold water
In a medium saucepan add the coconut cream, warm water, salt, nutritional yeast, agar agar powder and garlic powder. Heat over medium heat and when bubbles start forming reduce fire to low. Let it boil for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. During this process add the tapioca flour in the cold water and mix well. Add the starchy mixture into the boiling sauce and cook for 1 more minute while stirring with a whisk. At this point, the sauce will be very thick so make sure not to burn the bottom part.
Pour into a glass container and leave it uncovered in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
It can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge up to 5days.
