Hi friends! We will go to make a Complete User Registration Form with Validation using PHP and MySQL Database in Hindi, when we want to make this Signup system with PHP and MySQL then first learn to create a MySQL Database then we are use this database to insert form data with validation in MySQL database, and we learn how to make form password in encrypted password and store into database.
First we create Mysql database and we get the information from HTML user registration form, and we match password with confirm password for validation, after validate password we encrypting the password for secure purpose, and now we check user entered mobile are already registered or not, if registered then we show the already registered user message otherwise insert the user registration form data into database and make successfully registered with those mobile number.
