As of 04/25/23 the 414 BIOS update through MyAsus fixed the TGP issue on the XG Mobile. I now get 155W in Furmark and Quake 2 RTX. It will do 155W in both Performance and Manual Modes through Armoury Crate. Previously this XG Mobile would only peak to 124W in games that exceeded 98% GPU utilization. No Windows power/Armoury Crate/Nvidia GeForce Experience setting would affect the max TGP limit.

Surprisingly this game can mostly saturate the GPU utilization at 4K Ultra.
Lowering the resolution will make it CPU bound and barely boost minimum fps.
