Prof. Gallaugher demonstrates how to access the Raspberry Pi desktop and run applications on the Pi even if you don't have a keyboard or mouse. This video assumes you've already performed the "Headless pi setup" in the first video at http://bit.ly/raspberry-pi-tutorials. If you have, then this video will show you how to download & install the free VNC software, use ifconfig to find your Pi's IP address, and then log into your Pi's desktop. NOTE: If you get a message that the IP address that you copied is not recognized, check to make sure you don't have an extra space before or after the IP address. Several students had this problem when copying & pasting the IP address. There should be no leading or trailing spaces.
