CAUGHT IN VIDEO: Gangsters seen smoking, enjoying liquor, using cell phone inside prison at Delhi
A video of criminals allegedly consuming liquor, smoking cigarette and enjoying snacks inside a police lock-up in Delhi went viral. The Indian Express stated that the group included brothers Rahul Kala and Naveen Bali, both associates of jailed gangster Neeraj Bawana.
Reportedly, the police reportedly did not confirm whether the video was shot during the Special Cell custody or at Mandoli Jail.
Chinmoy Biswal, spokesperson of Delhi Police said, “The video is not substantiated and liquor is not served in police lock-up.”
