The NPC playing the guitar will start playing at 7pm each evening in the Gazebo at Iron Mike's Camp (3rd Camp) , when we listen to it we will get a notification at the top right, this indicates that we have learned that song.
Then rest at the bed (you will always wake up at 7AM, then rest again once you wake up , this time you will wake up at 6PM.
Now walk back down to the Gazebo and wait 1 Hour IN GAME TIME (about 2 minutes in real life) to hear another song.
Repeat these steps 6 times untill you have learned all of the songs.
