Ploughing cover crop on arable farm van Peperstraten using a Fendt 942 gen6 vario and Lemken Juwel 10 7 furrow on-land plow. The cover crop is first cut using a Kverneland flail mower with a working width of 3.5 meter.
Cover crop, also know as Green Manure, is used to upgrade the organic matter and create better soil structure. This crop was sown after the peas harvest.
