Guerrero Farm and Nature Park FULL TOUR II MEET THE OWNER
So basically this is our 5th visit in the place in 2-year time. Guerrero Farm is owned by a couple who loves gardening, nature, trees and everything living!
We were there to celebrate my brother's birthday and unexpectedly meet and converse with the owner.
Location: Sitio Mambucano, Talisay City, Negros Occidental
appox. 1 hour from Bacolod City . The road is well cemented.
There is only one thing that makes the park goers hesitate to come over. The uphill going to the resort itself has a steep, narrow and sloped road. The resort also put up a notice at the foot of the hill, "switch to first gear before proceeding". But I tell you.... When you are up there.... IT'S ALL WORTH IT!!!
Entrance fee: 100 per person (free use of big pool and kiddie pool)
Gazeboo ranges from 500 to 1,000 for day use
Cottages for overnight use:
Big cottage (where we stayed) 1,500.00 per night (4-5pax)
Hydrangea cottage 2,000 per night (5-8 pax)
Farm House 3,000 per night (10-15 pax)
Upper Rooms (above the restaurant) 1,500 per night (4-6 pax)
Ammenities:
Function Hall (Chapel/act. area) good for wedding and retreat venue 3,000.00
Pagoda (fishing area) fishing is free (you can fish and return your catch) but if you want to buy your catch there is rate per kilo.
Herb and Nursery area (where you can buy herbs, succulents, fruit tree and flowering plants)
Koi pond (koi watching)
You can do almost anything with there wide grass area but picking of flowers is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Great venue for family gathering, reunions, birthday celebrations or nature tripping! Great place for nature LOVERS! Highly recommended for people who wants a peaceful and relaxing place to stay!
