The Children's Channel Ratkan II was a place from where all Programmes were beamed down to earth. A sort of Space Station manned by rotating Human Space Jocks, including Tommy Boyd and an array of Puppet Androids Robots and Animals. As well as linking Cartoon's and other programmes Ratkan Staff had a backstage life that was reflected in Comedy Sketches. This one was written by Void's Puppeteer Marcus Clarke and stars Space Jock Tommy Boyd. 1994.
