Older PC? Check the thermal paste on your computer!
Have you checked the thermal paste on your computers cpu? If you touch it with your finger and its doesn't get goo on your finger than it's probably dry and isn't doing your computer much good. In fact it could make it crash from over heating. This video explains why you need thermal paste. Check out our next video where we show you how to apply it to your CPU. This method should also apply to most other items that use thermal paste like your chipset heat sink and your video card heat sink. Be sure to unplug and turn of your computer before working on it and if you are unsure or uneasy about what you are doing ask for help!
