Full Stack Development - MEAN vs LAMP Stack ( Lights out!)
So you've heard about the mean stack. There are a couple of reasons why I don't like the MEAN stack.
1. You actually have to learn 2 frameworks Node.js and Angular instead of just one.
2. Express is too limited. I find I need to add more plugins compared to running a Yii2 framework on lamp. Especially an ORM
3. Frontend frameworks are getting so complicated, you can not easily redo the UI as before.
4. You frontend code is exposed.
