The "nonstop no" phase (which usually occurs anywhere from 18 months-4 years old) is a normal and healthy part of toddler development - despite it being a particularly frustrating phase for parents. This video goes over my favorite tips and tricks to help parents deal with this phase and reduce this behavior, all while promoting more positive interactions with your youngster. Some of the strategies mentioned in this video include providing choices, reframing negative language into positive language, and strategic ignoring (among more!)
