Step 4 - Drag and Drop all Files into Location

How can I Attach the Tape to Vehicles? -
Go into your "Plugins" Folder (Find "PoliceTape configuration settings")
Open it and edit the .ini under "ATTACH TO VEHICLES" as TRUE
