Why are TV's so disposable? Hisense WiFi / storage full bootloop
This isn't a sympathy video, I'm just opening up to share my personal experience of how cost cutting and poor manufacturing in today's tech impacts vulnerable groups the most, especially the poor and disabled. From a PC to a laptop, releasing a subpar device and ignoring the QC issues is a common practice. Hisense isn't alone in this, it's a known secret that Smart TV's use the cheapest IC's available, and if you want your TV to last, you should never use the built-in apps. The fact this is acceptable on thousand dollar devices is disgusting. TV's are now essentially a computer, so why don't they treat it like one?
