First Snow of the Year - Landscape Photography in Torridon
As a landscape photographer, I usually spend my summers longing for the first signs of autumn and winter, and nothing signifies the end of the summer up here in the Scottish Highlands better than that first dusting of snow on the mountains. When I noticed the first bit of white appear, I grabbed the camera and headed out in hail storms to see if I could take some images. This was a weekend of showers and great light, and I was lucky enough to spend the Sunday morning with my friends Ellis Wood and Benjamin Barendrecht, who happen to also be a couple of my favourite photographers!
