We're coming up on National Daiquiri Day! Had no idea that was a thing, but I'll take any excuse to make this cocktail! The daiquiri follows a simple, yet perfect drink template - rum, sugar, and lime. Balanced just right, this drink is unforgettable! I'll be making it two ways - the classic "light" version, and a fuller-flavored "dark" rendition. And because balance in a daiquiri is crucial, I'll show you how I adjust the ratios ever so slightly to reach that perfect marriage of sweet and tart.
