→ (1) Play through the game like normal and when you get to the diary options of either taking the pills or not taking them, decide not to take them. After continuing to play some more of the game you will get a chance to leave the basement and go outside, this will achieve the good ending.
BAD ENDING
→ (2) Play through the game like normal and when you get to the diary options of either taking the pills or not taking them, decide to keep taking them. After continuing to play some more of the game, you will achieve the bad ending.
