Outlook Crashes when opening - Even in Safe Mode - Quick Fix!
Microsoft Office came out with a patch that crashes Outlook. I'm sure they will have it fixed soon, but until they do here is a quick fix on downgrading your office install to a previous working version. Hope it help you out!

cd C:\
cd Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun
OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.12827.20470
