In this video Brad makes a Festabrew Oatmeal Stout and then has some fun flavoring it with a few Still Spirits Essences. The beauty of homebrewing is taking creative control and trying things out. Even if it's a simple kit like a Festabrew. You could add lactose as Brad does, swap out the yeast for something different or just add some dry hops or try out different fermentation temperatures to see how it affects the flavor in the finished beer.
