In this video, I’m gonna show you how to make a homemade MCChicken sandwich using real breast meat. This is by no means a copycat version of McDonalds MCChicken. But it’s My take on a premium version of the MCChicken. Here is a side by side comparison. The one I made is super tasty and delicious. I highly encourage you to try this recipe out As takes no more than 20 minutes to make.

This recipe will help you make 6-7 McChicken Sandwiches.
Recipe for Chicken
1/2 lb or 180 g of chicken breast
1 tsp or 6g Salt
1 tsp or 2g Crushed Black pepper
3 tsp or 15 g Mustard
2 tsp or 5g Onion powder
2 tsp or 6g Paprika
2 tsp or 7g Garlic Powder
2 cup Shredded Lettuce
Recipe for Dry Batter
1/2 tsp or 3g Salt
1/2 tsp or 1g Crushed Black Pepper
2 Large Eggs
2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
Recipe for Sauce
1/2 Cup or 120g Mayo
1 tsp or 6g Mustard Paste
1/4 tsp or 1g of garlic powder
Method
1. Use Chicken Fillets and cut them into round pieces.
2. Season the chicken using, Salt, Black pepper, Mustard, Onion Powder, Paprika, and Garlic Powder. Put it to the side. Next, we are gonna make a dry batter.
3. For the dry batter crack open 2 large eggs and season them with salt and pepper. Dip your chicken in the egg mixture. Then coat chicken with panko breadcrumbs.
4. Fry at 250F or 120C for a total of 6 minutes.
5. Make the sauce by adding in Mayo, Mustard, and Garlic Powder.
6. Assemble the burger by applying the Sauce, Lettuce, and place the chicken.
