Just about every pair of shoes has some sort of rubber heel pad on the back. High heels have a little piece of rubber on the ends of the heels. Shoes have pieces of rubber on the heel blocks. As we like to reminds folks, these rubber top lifts (heel pads) are like the tires on your car. When they begin to wear down, it's time to replace them.
This pair of shoes was WAY past due for new top lifts. The customer had already begun to wear into the heel block, but this was definitely something we could fix...and we did.
